WELCOME

Deciding to seek professional help through therapy can be an extremely difficult one to make.  Finding the right therapist that fits your needs and personality can often be just as daunting.  From our initial contact, I strive to cultivate and nurture a collaborative effort by fostering an empathetic, honest, and genuine relationship.  Setting the stage to empower each client with the psychoeducation, insight, and tools to incorporate healthier and more effective coping skills for future problem solving and creating more meaningful relationships.

What to expect

You won’t find cookie cutter therapy here.  A “one-size-fits-all” approach fails to take into consideration the vast differences prevalent in each one of us making us unique.  I prefer to tailor treatment plans to each client’s specific goals and needs.  I provide a relational point of view while utilizing an integrative approach of effective techniques and interventions allowing the clinical flexibility to discern what will work best for you.
